As Director of Talent Acquisition, Jill works closely with candidates seeking consulting positions within our Finance and Accounting practice. Jill places equal priority on providing a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process and presenting only top talent to her hiring team. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Jill held a number of local Human Resources and Recruiting positions, partnering with Google and high technology companies as a part of Austin’s booming tech industry. Before that, Jill worked for Blue Man Group off-Broadway in New York and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Marymount Manhattan College.
