Management Team

Todd Throckmorton  |  National Director, Private Equity

Todd brings over 25 years of business development experience to Bridgepoint, with the last ten years devoted to leading the regional market strategy for BDO USA, LLP. He led audit, tax, M&A and specialty consulting needs in the private equity sector. Throughout his experience, Todd has been repeatedly recognized as a leader in sales and marketing strategy and execution. Prior to BDO, Todd worked for a startup in digital media as VP of Sales and Operations running a bootstrap company and assisting with seed funding. Todd represented MICROS-Oracle, a publicly-traded SaaS/cloud software firm, when it used to be called enterprise sales. While with MICROS, Todd was a top ten national leader in sales by volume and revenue. Todd is a member of ACG Central Texas and serves as a board member for TechsonIP. He is actively involved in various not-for-profit organizations such as the CleanTech Open, Seton Forum, Operation Finally Home and the Austin Rodeo. Todd received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, where he was recognized as a Dean’s List recipient and led several social and business organizations.


Bill Whitsitt  |  Director, NetSuite

As a Director of the NetSuite Practice for Bridgepoint Consulting, Bill leads sales and delivery of NetSuite implementation, optimization, and support engagements. His background includes management consulting with large and small organizations serving mid-market and enterprise companies. Bill has broad finance and supply chain business processes experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, consumer products, and agriculture industries. He has led multiple global and national business transformation and technology implementation initiatives​. He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and has inactive CPA, PMP, and CPIM certifications.


Jana Bates  |  Senior Manager, Systems Integration

Jana Bates is a Senior Manager in Bridgepoint Consulting’s Systems Integration Practice where she provides project management services to clients implementing or expanding ERP solutions.  She utilizes her over 20 years of experience in global Accounting and Finance to guide clients through the process while simultaneously analyzing existing operations to identify areas to transform the company’s processes and procedures driving improved organizational performance and profitability.  Previously, she served as an Engagement Manager and a Senior Consultant in the Financial Operations practice of Bridgepoint where in addition to ERP implementation support she also assisted clients in interim accounting leadership roles, M&A support including post-acquisition integration, and overall finance transformation.  Jana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Baylor University.


Lucas Walters  |  Managing Director, Financial Operations

Lucas Walters

Lucas Walters is Managing Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice. He provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients, and has extensive experience across multiple executive-level functions, including accounting, finance, HR, IT and facility management. Prior to Bridgepoint, he served as a VP of Finance for a fast-growing Austin startup. Walters earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas–Austin. He is a Certified CPA in the state of Texas.


Nora Foster  |  Director, Financial Operations

Nora Foster

Nora Foster is a Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice and is part of the Austin management team.  Nora works with clients on their financial, operational and technical accounting needs, and brings decades of experience in managing both private and public accounting and finance organizations.  Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Nora was VP of Finance and Accounting for a large media company in Atlanta as well as Corporate Controller for both a public and private company after moving to Austin.  Nora has a degree from Oklahoma State University and is a CPA.

Stephanie McNelis  |  Director, Dallas Office

Stephanie McNelis is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Dallas. In this role, she provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients. Stephanie has over twenty years of management experience across multiple executive-level functions including accounting, finance, operations, and human resources. In her roles prior to joining Bridgepoint, she led multiple companies through M&A transactions and post-acquisition integrations. She has a collaborative management style and a proven ability to build effective teams, focusing on people and processes. She has expertise in financial reporting and analysis, cash management, process improvement, systems implementation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Trent Turner  |  Director, Dallas Office

Trent Turner CFO Consultant

Trent Turner is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Dallas. In this role, he provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients. Trent has twelve years of C-Level executive experience with over twenty-five years of financial analysis and process improvement experience, including eight years in Finance at Dell Inc. and twenty years managing direct reports. He has a proven ability to leverage internal and external resources for proper decision making. He has expertise in process improvement, system implementation, cash management, forecasting and budgeting, complex financial reporting and analysis, strategic financial planning and risk management. Recognized as a strong leader, Trent is great at building a highly motivated, results-oriented, loyal team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Tommy Hannan  |  Director, Denver Office

Tommy Hannan

Tommy Hannan is Director of Bridgepoint Consulting’s Denver office. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in business development, leadership, networking, and coaching. In addition to graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance, Tommy was a 4-year letter winner and two-time team Captain for the Men’s Swim Team.  Tommy was also fortunate to represent the United States several times in international competition including the 2000 Sydney Olympics where he was part of the Gold Medal winning 4 x 100 Medley Relay Team.


Ross Goolsby  |  Managing Director, Houston Office

Ross Goolsby

Ross Goolsby is Managing Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Houston. He has extensive experience in capital markets, including the venture capital and IPO process, international expansion, and merger and acquisitions with high growth companies.  He has broad experience in planning and forecasting, treasury and cash management, investor relations, internal controls, information systems, and SEC compliance and reporting. He is the former CFO of several technology companies, including Calxeda, HealthTronics and SigmaTel.

Veronica Torres-Martinez  |  Director, Houston Office

Veronica Torres-Martinez

Veronica Torres-Martinez is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Houston. She provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients. She is also a seasoned business analyst and project management professional with experience managing systems and business process optimization projects. Prior to this role, Torres-Martinez was a Senior Consultant at Bridgepoint where she worked with clients to implement holistic technology solutions to improve their operations. Torres-Martinez earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.


Curtis Thompson  |  Director, NetSuite

As Director in Bridgepoint’s NetSuite Consulting practice, Curtis leads a team of over 40 NetSuite certified consultants and engagement managers who help clients grow through the implementation of transformative business solutions. He has a strong accounting and financial services background with an emphasis on software implementation, systems integration, solution architecture, internal controls, reconciliation, transaction mapping, error/omission detection, general ledger clean-up, data migration, training and report writing. He enjoys networking and building relationships across different levels of organizations and working with people who see the value of dynamic skill sets and growth potential. Curtis is a Certified ERP Consultant for the leading cloud-based ERP system, NetSuite.

Eric Downs is Director of Bridgepoint’s NetSuite Consulting practice in Seattle. Downs brings 20 years of experience to Bridgepoint with a specific emphasis on the Professional Services, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, and Manufacturing industries. With deep expertise in practice development, solution architecture, management consulting and accounting, he combines technical capability with strong leadership and business acumen to drive innovative technology solutions for clients. Downs earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) from San Jose State University. He also holds several industry certifications, including NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Certified Intacct Implementation Consultant and Certified Dell Boomi Developer 1. Kent Brorman  |  Director, NetSuite

Kent Brorman is a Director in Bridgepoint’s NetSuite Consulting practice, who brings over 6 years of NetSuite implementation experience to the firm. He is a NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and has led implementations in many verticals including Software, Professional Services, Retail, and Wholesale Distribution. In these implementations, Kent has deployed NetSuite modules such as CRM, Multi-Book Accounting, Advanced Revenue Recognition, and Advanced Manufacturing, while always focusing on the long-term success and growth of his clients. With a background in Accounting and Finance from Texas State University, Kent currently leads the General Business vertical at Bridgepoint.

Matt Haller  |  Managing Director, NetSuite

Matt Haller, NetSuite Director

Matt Haller is Managing Director of Bridgepoint’s NetSuite Consulting practice in Minneapolis and is responsible for NetSuite ERP services for clients in the Midwest and East Coast. He has over 34 years of experience across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, retail, and service. Matt has been working exclusively with Cloud and SaaS business technologies since 2008 in the disciplines of ERP, SCM, CX, and HCM. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Matt was a Vice President at Capgemini, leading a national NetSuite practice comprised of over 130 employees, and delivery for Oracle Cloud applications. He also ran ERP services as a Partner for one of the largest accounting and advisory firms brands in the US. Matt owned his own management consulting firm, held a variety of positions in the industry.

Rob Harrison

As Director in Bridgepoint’s NetSuite Consulting practice, Rob leads a team of over 40 NetSuite certified consultants and engagement managers who help clients grow through the implementation of transformative business solutions. He is a NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant who brings over 15 years of experience with start-up, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies to Bridgepoint. Rob has advanced skills in the areas of business process development, systems implementation, integration, supply chain management, material requirements planning, and discrete manufacturing. He also has experience leading both ERP selection and implementation projects involving a number of ERP systems, including NetSuite, Oracle, and Sage. He is a graduate of SMU School of Engineering.

She provides cybersecurity assessments, internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley engagements, and SSAE 16 Readiness, to name a few. She has a broad range of technical leadership skills in system development, project management, compliance, resource management, systems integration, requirements analysis, testing/quality assurance, software development, software solution evaluation, vendor evaluation and relationships. Prior to Bridgepoint, much of Vicki’s career was leading the IT efforts at National Western Life Insurance and working as a software engineer at IBM.
