Management Team

Lucas Walters  |  Director, Financial Operations

Lucas Walters

Lucas Walters is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice. He provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients, and has extensive experience across multiple executive-level functions, including accounting, finance, HR, IT and facility management. Prior to Bridgepoint, he served as a VP of Finance for a fast-growing Austin startup. Walters earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas–Austin. He is a Certified CPA in the state of Texas.


Trent Turner  |  Director, Financial Operations

Trent Turner is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Dallas. In this role, he provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients. Trent has twelve years of C-Level executive experience with over twenty-five years of financial analysis and process improvement experience, including eight years in Finance at Dell Inc. and twenty years managing direct reports. He has a proven ability to leverage internal and external resources for proper decision making. He has expertise in process improvement, system implementation, cash management, forecasting and budgeting, complex financial reporting and analysis, strategic financial planning and risk management. Recognized as a strong leader, Trent is great at building a highly motivated, results-oriented, loyal team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.


Stephanie McNelis  |  Director, Financial Operations

Stephanie McNelis is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Dallas. In this role, she provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients. Stephanie has 17 years of management experience in operations, human resources, accounting, and finance. She has accounting and finance experience in software, financial services, and broker-dealers, and specializes in acquisition integration  and due diligence.

Vijay George  |  Director, Technology Consulting

Vijay George

As Director of Technology Consulting for Bridgepoint, Vijay George leads strategic efforts to support public sector organizations with a broad range of digital transformation initiatives, including IT strategy and planning, assessments, technology optimization, systems integration and cloud migration. George is a strategic and digital transformation leader with more than two decades of executive and technology leadership experience. He has led transformational initiatives designed to increase growth and efficiency for organizations in a wide variety of sectors including utilities, state and local government, IT services and manufacturing. Veronica Torres-Martinez  |  Director

Veronica Torres-Martinez is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Houston. She provides financial and operational leadership expertise (CFO services) to Bridgepoint clients. She is also a seasoned business analyst and project management professional with experience managing systems and business process optimization projects. Prior to this role, Torres-Martinez was a Senior Consultant at Bridgepoint where she worked with clients to implement holistic technology solutions to improve their operations. Torres-Martinez earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.


Ross Goolsby  |  Director, Financial Operations

Ross Goolsby

Ross Goolsby is Director of Bridgepoint’s Financial Consulting practice in Houston. He has extensive experience in capital markets, including the venture capital and IPO process, international expansion, and merger and acquisitions with high growth companies.  He has broad experience in planning and forecasting, treasury and cash management, investor relations, internal controls, information systems, and SEC compliance and reporting. He is the former CFO of several technology companies, including Calxeda, HealthTronics and SigmaTel.


David Roe  |  Managing Director, Risk Services

David has over 25 years of experience in internal audit, accounting management, and corporate governance/compliance. Prior to joining Bridgepoint Consulting, David was an Executive Director in Ernst & Young’s advisory practice serving clients across various industries and ranging from public multinational Fortune 100 to private emerging companies. He led projects covering Internal Audit implementation through outsourcing; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; risk management; and business process/control improvement. David also served as Controller for a manufacturer/distribution company and internal auditor for a large defense contractor.

David leverages his expertise in understanding business issues, people management and technical skills to help companies achieve sustainable risk management and compliance solutions. He received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University, is a Certified Public Accountant* in the state of Texas and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
