Associate Consultant

We are seeking Associate Implementation Consultants to join our Cloud Solutions Practice. The Associate Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in the delivery of complex end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and business process improvements.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic learner with infinite curiosity who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for leveraging technology to deliver smart, efficient solutions.

  • Execute all phases of NetSuite software implementation, including:

    — Business process mapping & requirements
    — Configure NetSuite software settings & platform components
    — Build financial reports and dashboards
    — Migrate legacy transactional and entity data
    — Establish test cases
    — Support end-to-end and user acceptance testing
    — Create training/support materials for user adoption
    — Support the “go live” deployment processes
    — Ongoing support after “go live” deployment

  • Preferred qualifications:

    — Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or other related disciplines, Required
    — Minimum GPA of 3.0
    — Experience with enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Intacct, INFOR, QuickBooks, Great Plains, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Epicor
    — Passionate about understanding and solving challenging problems
    — Process-minded; enjoys getting on a whiteboard to draw out process flows
    — Proficiency in Office Suite products, especially Excel
    — Excellent communication skills
    — Must be willing to travel 25% on average throughout the year

Associate Developer

We are seeking a driven and skilled developer to join our growing Cloud Solutions practice. The Associate Developer will be responsible for implementing high-impact custom integrations and advanced back-office solutions for our clients, as well as adhering to high standards and best practices.

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    — Participate in business process design & user story sessions
    — Prepare detailed Design Specification Documents
    — Development of scripted solutions to automate key business processes & functions
    — Development of custom PDF outputs (i.e., NetSuite Advanced PDFs)
    — Execute on multiple development & project initiatives while effectively communicating utilization, roadblocks, and progress
    — Create training/support materials
    — Drive end-user training to promote user adoption
    — Support the “go live” deployment processes
    — Ongoing support after “go live” deployment

  • Preferred qualifications:
    — Understanding of key programming concepts, data types and constructs
    — Relevant experience with one or more of the following: JavaScript, Java, C#/.NET, PHP, Python
    — Familiarity with XML and JSON
    — Familiarity with SDLC principles including requirements gathering, data analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
    — Familiarity with Change Management and Version Control (Git or SVN)
    — Familiarity with concepts of SOAP, REST, HTTP(S) and other software communication protocols
    — Familiarity with standard business flows such as Order to Cash, Lead to Order, Procure to Pay, etc.
    — Familiarity with key concepts of relational databases
    — Verbal and written communication skills
    — Solution oriented approach and problem-solving mindset
    — Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technical field, or equivalent experience
    — GPA Minimum 3.0
