Project Overview
A prominent organization dedicated to advocating and managing apprenticeship programs within the construction and clean energy sectors engaged Bridgepoint’s FiT for NetSuite team to help eliminate reliance on manual spreadsheets and centralize HR functions within NetSuite.

The client was already using NetSuite for payroll management when they began running into issues due to reliance on manual spreadsheets, data migration challenges, and a small HR team with minimal NetSuite experience. To enhance operational efficiency and save costs, the client wanted to make use of NetSuite’s HR functionalities – but did not have the internal resources or expertise to successfully implement them.
Approach
Our team reviewed the requirements from NetSuite with the client to ensure that all requirements met the client’s expectations.
We then documented all new SuitePeople processes, reviewed templates for data migration, and loaded them into the client’s sandbox environment to conduct the necessary validations and testing.

The successful implementation of SuitePeople has positioned the client to leverage NetSuite more effectively, streamlining their HR operations and aligning with their broader business objectives.
