Prepare for Prosperity in 2013

Did you know that 2013 is the Year of the Snake? Be prepared so you don’t get bitten!

1. Clean up and reconcile accounting data from 2012
2. Prepare and Finalize 2013 budget
3. Prepare Form 1099s and W-2s
4. Plan for staff PTO during holidays
5. Complete IT system check
6. Update accounting software package to current version
7. Prepare for auditors and Tax CPAs
8. Address employee equity awards, etc.
9. Address HR issues and staffing for 2013
10. Revisit chart of accounts beginning Jan 2013
11. Complete year-end collections
