Winter 2025 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award: Industry – Automotive 

Bridgepoint Consulting is honored to receive the Winter 2025 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award in the Automotive industry category for our transformative partnership with Closner Equipment. Closner, a leading provider of automotive equipment, faced significant operational challenges due to fragmented data across multiple siloed systems, hindering real-time insights and efficiency. 

Bridgepoint Consulting delivered a tailored NetSuite implementation, including a critical custom “Rent-to-Sell” depreciation solution. This unique solution automated financial depreciation for rental equipment, integrating seamlessly with Shepherd CMMS to provide real-time tracking of equipment value, costs, and depreciation. This eliminated the need for manual Excel-based tracking and journal entries, significantly enhancing Closner’s operational efficiency. 

The NetSuite implementation provided Closner with comprehensive real-time visibility across their organization. They consolidated all operational processes into a single platform, automating equipment management and improving spare parts inventory visibility for field service.  

Winter 2025 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award: Industry – Industrial Manufacturing 

Bridgepoint Consulting has been recognized in the Industrial Manufacturing category for our successful partnership with Phoenix Coal Holdings, LLC. Phoenix Coal, a key player in the coal industry, struggled with multiple legacy systems, resulting in siloed business unit views, a lack of a unified multi-entity system, and a highly manual month-end close process.  

Bridgepoint Consulting implemented a customized NetSuite solution, including a bespoke expense account allocation tool tailored to the coal industry’s unique requirements, integrations with Trinkos for document management and procurement, and solutions for tracking expensed inventory and vendor purchase thresholds. This allowed Phoenix Coal to retire over 10 legacy systems, establishing a single source of truth across 30+ entities. 

The implementation significantly streamlined their month-end close and consolidation processes, and Bridgepoint also provided an Acquisition Onboarding Playbook to support Phoenix Coal’s ongoing M&A growth.
