Winter 2024 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award: Private Equity Carveout Category 

Bridgepoint Consulting received the Winter 2024 Alliance Partner Spotlight Winner for the Private Equity category of Carveouts due to their work in providing NetSuite implementation services to Kutzman Carson Consultants LLC (KCC), a class action and fiduciary service company. 

Prior to engaging Bridgepoint, KCC was running into issues stemming from prohibitive legacy systems and complex, nuanced billing procedures and inputs that impeded the success of a recent carveout. 

Bridgepoint consultants developed and automated a customized intercompany distribution corporate purchasing process within NetSuite to reduce human error and reliance on manual entry. 

Coupled with enhancements to financial reporting and the consolidation of systems to provide a single source of truth, the implementation has provided KCC with more visibility, control, and project profitability. Now, the client is uniquely equipped to support accounting and billing functions associated with the carveout and drive down their administrative labor expenses. 

Moving forward, Bridgepoint plans to continue supporting the client through a second implementation phase to onboard billing procedures and time entry with a planned go-live date of April 2024.
