Winter 2023 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award: Software & Technology 

Bridgepoint Consulting received the Winter 2023 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award for the Software & Technology Industry due to their work in providing NetSuite implementation support for TransAct Technologies (TACT), a company that assembles and sells specialty printer terminals and software applications for high-growth markets. 

This NetSuite implementation has provided TransAct with a scalable and flexible system to support the organization’s continued focus on growing HaaS and SaaS offerings.

The solution provides a single source of truth with enhanced visibility of where 2 million Install Base units are located among customer locations and what contracts are active for those units, facilitating recurring subscription/contract billing and warranty repair processes.

The use of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting has also provided TransAct with better forecasting capabilities that flow seamlessly into NetSuite Demand Planning functionality. 

Moving forward, Bridgepoint plans to provide continued support to TransAct in developing further customizations for SuiteCommerce Advanced that facilitate new software sales, maintenance and more. 

Winter 2023 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award: Construction 

Bridgepoint Consulting received the Winter 2023 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award for the Construction Industry in providing NetSuite implementation support for Spartan Group, an engineering, fabrication, distribution and construction company. 

Spartan Group was faced with numerous system challenges, including manual intercompany transactions, no ability to handle multi-subsidiaries, no visibility or ability to manage inventory, no project management system support and no real-time visibility into financial data. 

Spartan Group decided to transform their business processes and implement NetSuite to address these issues. Bridgepoint leveraged its construction industry leading practices in business process decomposition model to enable the transformation.
