Summer 2024 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award: Consulting Category  

Bridgepoint Consulting received the Summer 2024 Alliance Partner Spotlight Winner for the category of Consulting due to their work in providing NetSuite implementation services to Building Engineering Consultants Inc. (BECI), a construction consulting firm. 

After outgrowing their legacy ERP, BECI struggled with data management, manual billing, project visibility, and financial reporting. Bridgepoint’s Cloud Solutions team addressed these challenges by integrating NetSuite, Salesforce, Bamboo HR, and Ramp Expense Management, leveraging pre-built AEC customizations to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 

Due to Bridgepoint’s support, the client decreased their manual process time by 40 percent, obtained more real time visibility and control over project ongoings, and simplified and streamlined their project billing process.

Summer 2024 Alliance Partner Spotlight Award: Food and Beverage Category  

Bridgepoint Consulting received the Summer 2024 Alliance Partner Spotlight Winner for the category of Consulting due to their work in providing Poppi with a comprehensive NetSuite solution to manage their complex operations. 

Poppi, a well-known prebiotic soda, has seen explosive growth, but faced challenges with fragmented systems, reporting, and inventory reconciliation across its network of co-manufacturers and 3PL partners. 

Bridgepoint worked closely with the Poppi team to develop custom scripting and implement API and ODBC integrations, effectively managing EDI workflows, automating A/P processes, and enhancing their data and forecasting tools. 

The transition from QuickBooks to a consolidated platform was key to their success, as it allowed Poppi to integrate procurement, ordering, inventory management, accounting, and financial reporting into one unified system. 

Despite their rapid growth, Bridgepoint’s team maintained an aggressive project timeline and delivered each phase on schedule, enabling Poppi to continue scaling efficiently while maintaining control over their expanding operations.
