In her role, she leads full-cycle recruiting initiatives for Bridgepoint’s Finance & Accounting Consulting practice, partnering with leadership to attract and hire high-impact consultants who support private equity-backed, public, and high-growth organizations.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Michele served as a Senior Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at SiriusXM, where she supported corporate hiring across finance, legal, sales, marketing, and technology. She has also held recruiting roles with Addison Group, The Intersect Group, and Kforce, building a reputation for delivering top finance and accounting talent while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and leadership certifications from McKinsey & Company.
