Lauryn graduated from the University of Houston and soon after began her recruiting career at AWS in the early-career talent space where she supported full life cycle recruiting for internship and new graduate hiring. She later transitioned into a team operations role at Genpact, where she supported project coordination, internal communications, and process improvements that enhanced collaboration and efficiency across a global team.
