Bridgepoint Consulting Director Elected Board Member of Turnaround Management Association, DFW Chapter

Austin, Texas, January 10, 2012 – Dawn Ragan, Managing Director, Bridgepoint Consulting LLC has been elected Treasurer and Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors for the Turnaround Management Association, DFW Chapter.

With more than 20 years of experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, dispute resolution, and litigation, as well as experience as CRO, CFO and COO of operating companies, Ms. Ragan is skilled in quickly assessing complex situations, developing effective operational and financial restructuring solutions and managing multiple constituencies. Previously, she was a principal of a national advisory firm, a senior manager and a member of the restructuring practice of a Big Four accounting firm, vice president of a Wall Street investment bank, and served in a variety of management positions.
