Bridgepoint Consulting Announces Promotion of Monica Gill to Managing Principal
We are excited to announce the promotion of Monica Gill to Managing Principal, effective August 19, 2024. As Managing Principal, Monica will focus on driving market share in all six of Bridgepoint Consulting’s markets and continuing her involvement in the Austin, Dallas and Denver offices.
With her long tenure at Bridgepoint, Monica has gained unparalleled experience in driving the firm’s growth from the earliest stages to market maturation. In her new role, Monica plans to leverage this experience across Bridgepoint’s footprint to foster growth, success and innovation for both our company and our clients.

Monica Gill has over 20 years of expertise in finance and accounting, relationship management, finance transformation, audit readiness, public company readiness and CFO support. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Monica acted as a CFO and held various other consulting, accounting and auditing roles spanning several industries and markets.
