VP of Finance

We are seeking a VP of Finance to join our growing Financial Operations practice.
As a VP of Finance Consultant at Bridgepoint, you will provide our clients with critical senior financial management services while delivering the highest levels of professionalism and client service.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead transformative projects within finance organizations and implement improved financial reporting, forecasting and controls for both domestic and global organizations
- Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives
- Partner with CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal advisors, and investors
- Help companies execute growth strategies, take on new initiatives and implement processes & improvements
- Lead FP&A initiatives through ownership of a financial model
- Create ad-hoc models from scratch and present outputs to senior leadership and external partners
Skills You’ll Need:
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience
- B.A. or B.S. required, Accounting or Finance degrees required
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Industry experience leading an organization through fundraising or transactional event
- Experience with a mix of public and private companies, strongly preferred
- Experience working for a private equity backed company
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting with complex, dynamic financial models
- NetSuite and other mid-size ERP implementation experience, strongly preferred
- Strong desire for consulting style work and delivering excellent client service
