Bridgepoint Consulting’s FiT (Finance & Technology) for NetSuite practice provides expert guidance and personalized support to our clients through our NetSuite implementation and optimization with a primary focus on maximizing value for accounting, operations, and technology.

We are seeking a NetSuite expert for our FiT for NetSuite practice who has a background in accounting and related business functions and hands-on NetSuite implementation experience across the various workstreams and modules.

As a FiT (Finance & Technology) for NetSuite Consultant, you will:

  • Assess existing NetSuite (NS) configurations to provide recommendations that will assist in the NS functionality for the client, as well as assisting with said recommendations.
  • Provide best practices related to NS, dashboards, personal preferences, financial and operational reports, saved searches, and transactions covering the O2C, P2P and R2R workstreams.
  • Provide best practices and support during the implementation of new modules or bolt-on products
  • Build reports, saved searches and dashboards Work closely with other FiT for NetSuite consultants to provide a seamless client experience
  • Work closely with clients by providing critical senior financial management and accounting services while delivering the highest levels of professionalism and client service.
  • Partner with a variety of individuals to achieve client success, including but not limited to CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal advisers, and investors.
  • Help companies execute growth strategies, take on new initiatives, and implement processes and improvements.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Gather and organize documentation support
  • Maintain weekly customer touch bases including project tasks dashboards
  • Escalate customer needs
  • Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption

Here’s what we’re looking for…

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 (most recent) years as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • User of NetSuite for 5+ years or a NetSuite SME
  • NetSuite implementation experience
  • Experience leading the implementation for one or more of the following NetSuite modules: ARM, SuiteBilling, OpenAir, SuiteProjects, Advanced Inventory, Manufacturing, Zonebilling
  • Multicompany, Multicurrency organization including intercompany and elimination transactions
  • Knowledge of various workstreams (ex: O2C, R2R, P2P, etc.)
  • Strong desire for consulting-style work and delivering excellent client service
  • Has managed the operations of an accounting department
  • Experience maintaining and/or implementing effective internal controls
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
  • Strong ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or MBA
  • Industry experience in start-ups, CPG, manufacturing, technology, and SaaS
