Liles Bowden, CPA, is a DFW Market Leader at Bridgepoint Consulting, where she partners with private equity–backed and growth-stage companies to build finance and accounting functions that scale. She supports clients across the full business lifecycle — from transaction through integration and exit — helping leadership teams strengthen financial reporting, FP&A, KPI development, and financial systems to meet increasing investor and operational demands.
With more than a decade of experience across audit and transaction advisory, Liles began her career at Ernst & Young in audit before spending several years in Financial Due Diligence at Grant Thornton. There, she led buy-side and sell-side engagements across a wide range of industries, developing a strong investor-focused perspective on where finance teams tend to break during periods of growth, integration, and transition.
Liles holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).
