Bridgepoint Consulting Promotes Jill Cosmas to Director of Talent Acquisition

Cosmas to help lead the Talent Acquisition team’s continued recruiting efforts in all markets

Jill helped build and lead the Talent Acquisition team at Bridgepoint as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. She collaborates closely with leadership on strategy, shared goals, and recruiting resources to make sure hired talent aligns with the organization’s objectives.

Jill works closely with candidates seeking consulting positions within our Austin Financial Operations practice. Jill and her team place equal priority on providing a top-notch candidate experience throughout the interview process and bringing the most talented candidates to Bridgepoint. Prior to joining Bridgepoint in 2017, Jill held several local Human Resources and Recruiting positions, partnering with high technology companies as a part of Austin’s booming tech industry.
