Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant who has a background in accounting and related business functions to lead a finance and accounting workstream within a NetSuite implementation.

In this position, you will play a critical role in the delivery of complex end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, integrations, and business systems initiatives with a focus on record-to-report, acquire-to-retire, and hire-to-retire processes.

What you will do

  • Lead and participate in business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine NetSuite system requirements
  • Prepare current and to-be process documentation that presents the strategy, architecture and design of the proposed solution that effectively addresses these requirements
  • Implement and configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes
  • Provide consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, apply best practices and leverage a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and skill-set of the Consulting team by creating case studies and implementation best practices encountered during client engagements
  • Provide ongoing training and development to new consultants

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years working with NetSuite, implementing or as an end user

Desirable experience

  • NetSuite Financial Management Modules: Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, OneWorld, Fixed Assets, Bank Feeds
  • Corporate accounting experience from any industry
  • Consolidations and Eliminations
  • Foreign currency management
  • Foundational understanding of international accounting (localization, statutory reports, etc.)
  • Management Reporting
  • Cost Accounting
  • Transfer Pricing

Work Location & Travel Requirements

Remote role for candidates located in the United States and Canada. Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site work at clients, but typically less.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000

Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on performance, annual bonus target of 20%

Compensation for this position will vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
