Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant who has direct implementation experience or industry knowledge of billing processes for SaaS, Services, or Product based companies. In this position, you will play a critical role in the delivery of complex end-to end NetSuite ERP implementations, integrations, and business systems initiatives with a focus on order-to-cash and project-to-cash business processes.

What you will do:
- Lead and participate in business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine NetSuite system requirements
- Prepare current and to-be process documentation that presents the strategy, architecture and design of the proposed solution that effectively addresses these requirements
- Implement and configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes
- Provide consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, apply best practices and leverage a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements
- Contribute to the knowledge base and skill-set of the Consulting team by creating case studies and implementation best practices encountered during client engagements
- Provide ongoing training and development to new consultants

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related focus, or other transferrable specialization
- 3+ years working with NetSuite, implementing or as an end user
- A critical thinker seeking the challenge of complex problems
- A passion for learning NetSuite product functionality
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Desirable experience:
- NetSuite Customer and Order Management Modules: SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Field Service Management (FSM), OneWorld
- 3+ implementations owning requirements gathering, configuration, and implementation of full order-to-cash, project-to-cash or service-to-cash processes within complex environment
- Subscription billing experience with SaaS or HaaS companies preferred
- Experience in designing custom solutions to address system limitations
- Foundational understanding of accounting (GL impacts of transactions)
- Experience with integration to CRM applications, such as Salesforce, or with Ecommerce applications, such as Adobe Commerce (Magento) or Shopify
- Preferable experience would include exposure to FSM setup and deployment, including configuration file
Work Location & Travel Requirements:
Remote role for candidates located in the United States or Canada. Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site work at clients, but typically less.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – 145,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of a discretional quarterly bonus based on performance.
